Fees

Every paper author and attendant must register to join the conference and to present his / her papers. No show papers will be not included in the conference proceedings. Please note that FULL registration covers maximum two papers, while STUDENT registration covers maximum one paper.
During the registration process, each user has to indicate the paper/s ID for which is registering and to select the social event that he / she going to join.

Registration guidelines

1. The registration of participation is binding
2. The participation fees are owed upon registration and are payable within 7 days following submission of the registration (but not later than 7 days before the starting day of the event)
3. Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received
4. The conference program may be subject to changes
5. The chosen option should be paid in full. You can register the accompanying persons together at your convenience
6. You can pay by either on-line Credit Card or off-line Bank Transfer through the Registration System. See payment instruction below
7. Cancellation/Refund Policies:

Cancellation Time	% of Refund
By April 30, 2018	80% of your payment
May 1 - 31, 2018	50% of your payment
After June 1, 2018	No refunds
